Wear it all in good health..............

We recommend hand washing your bra in a sink with tepid water and your mild soap at least every second time you wear it.

Mild detergents are your best choice, such as our favorite Sport Suds (www.sportsuds.com) a mild liquid biodegradable laundry detergent or the popular sweet smelling Forever New .

We recommend that no bleach or fabric softener of any kind should ever be used. Fabric washes made for woolens are NOT recommended unless the detergent specifically states, ' safe for lycra products'. Each product will have care instructions on the inside tag attached to the garment.

None of our suppliers will guarantee any bras if they have been washed in the washing machine.

For all other washables including matching bottoms to your bra, use a zippered mesh hosiery bag and wash in a light / gentle load in your washing with the same detergent as your hand laundered items.

Susan's Fine Lingerie and Swimwear is very proud to support our community.

In honour of Susan's mom, Helen, we support with pride fundraising efforts for Breast Cancer Research and Wellspring -Halton/Peel. Helen was the strongest and bravest person and will be missed by so many.
In honour of Susan's dad, Joe, we support many individual fundraising efforts that support our community and hospitals. Joe believes that we should all put back into the community more than we take out. He continues to live his lifelong belief.
We are honoured to support CalTech Learning Centre on a daily basis, to give young people with intellectual disabilities continuing education after they finish high school. Please visit www.caltechlearningcentre.com for information.

SNAP South Mississauga Feb 2010
We were there to support the ladies at Curves, Erin Mills for Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Curves Evening to Support the Heart and Stroke Foundation

It was a girls' night out to remember on February 10th as members of Curves of Erin Mills-Mississauga met for a Girls Get Together for existing members. About 20 members and guests gathered for an evening of fun, laughter and, of course, a series of light workouts. To start off the night, there was a special presentation by guest speaker, Susan Longley from Susan’s Fine Lingerie, on the importance of wearing sports bras while working out. Also at the event was the store manager from Northern Reflections Erin Mills Centre who was on hand to show the latest in ladies' fashions. Food was generously provided by Subway Sandwiches and, midway through the event, there were a number of salsa dancers who provided some fun entertainment. The Curves Girls Get Together was a first annual event and will be sure to return once again next year. In the meantime, all throughout the month of February, registration fees at Curves Erin Mills were waived and, instead, new members were asked for a donation benefiting the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Let’s give it up for Curves Erin Mills and its fundraising initiative, and for all those ladies at the first annual Girls Get Together!
